What vermeil means.
In the US, “gold vermeil” is a legal term. The FTC says it has to be sterling silver underneath, with a gold layer at least 2.5 microns thick. Ordinary plating has no minimum, which is why it can wear through in weeks.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before it ships, from the link in your confirmation email. It takes one click and nothing is charged. Lost the email? Write to hello@solace-hour.pages.dev and we'll cancel it for you.
Why pre-order?
We're a new brand. Making pieces to order means we only produce what people want, so there's no waste and no discounting leftovers. Founding pre-orders are capped at 60 per style, because that's the size of our first production run.
What if it's delayed?
We'll email you before the ship-by date with a new date and the option to cancel. If the delay is longer than 30 days, we'll cancel your pre-order unless you tell us you're happy to keep waiting. You're never charged for something that hasn't shipped.
