Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you pre-order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the piece you reserved. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store the full card number.
• When you join the launch list: your email address, the page you signed up on and the consent you gave.
• When you browse: basic analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, the ad that brought you here) through cookies and pixels from Meta and Pinterest, if enabled.

Why

To fulfil and charge your pre-order when it ships, to email you about your order, to send the launch list emails you asked for, and to measure which ads work so we spend less on advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and our order database), Klaviyo (email), Meta and Pinterest (ad measurement, including server-side conversion events that use hashed contact details), and our shipping partner once your order ships. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link at the bottom.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your data: hello@solace-hour.pages.dev. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; email us and we'll process it.
• Block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Launch list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we cancel the pre-order test, we remove saved cards immediately.
