Founding pre-order terms

  1. Nothing is charged at checkout. When you pre-order, our payment processor, Stripe, saves your card. We do not charge it at that time.
  2. When we charge. We charge the amount shown at checkout to the saved card on the day your order ships, which will be on or before February 12, 2027 (the “ship-by date”). We email you at least two days before we charge, with the amount and date. By completing checkout, you authorize this one future charge.
  3. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time before your order ships, free, using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing hello@solace-hour.pages.dev. When you cancel we remove your saved card.
  4. Delays. If we can't ship by the ship-by date, we will email you before that date with a revised date and the option to cancel free. If the revised date is more than 30 days after the original, or we can't give one, we will cancel your pre-order unless you tell us you want to keep waiting.
  5. If we don't go ahead. If we decide not to produce a piece, we cancel every pre-order for it and remove the saved cards. You will not have been charged.
  6. Failed charges. If your card is declined when your order ships, we'll email you a secure link to update it. If it isn't updated within 7 days, we cancel the pre-order.
  7. Limits. Founding pre-orders are capped at 60 per style, and up to 2 of each piece per order.
  8. Returns. After delivery, the normal 60-day return policy applies.
  9. Product images. Until our photo shoot, the site shows illustrations and computer-generated renders, each labelled as such. Renders show the intended design, not a finished piece. Once photos are added, they show pre-production samples; finished pieces may vary slightly, especially cultured freshwater pearls.

Using this site

Prices are in US dollars. We ship to US addresses only. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions; if an error affects your pre-order, we'll contact you before charging and you can cancel.
