Only when your order ships, on or before February 12, 2027. Nothing is charged today. We'll email you two days before we charge your card, with the exact amount and date.

Yes, any time before it ships, from the link in your confirmation email. It takes one click and nothing is charged. Lost the email? Write to hello@solace-hour.pages.dev and we'll cancel it for you.

We're a new brand. Making pieces to order means we only produce what people want, so there's no waste and no discounting leftovers. Founding pre-orders are capped at 60 per style, because that's the size of our first production run.

We'll email you before the ship-by date with a new date and the option to cancel. If the delay is longer than 30 days, we'll cancel your pre-order unless you tell us you're happy to keep waiting. You're never charged for something that hasn't shipped.

Because that's all it does today. Stripe stores your card securely; we never see the full number. We charge it once, when your order ships, for the amount shown on the checkout page.
