Returns & cancellations

Before it ships
Cancel any time, free, with the link in your confirmation email. Your card was never charged, and we remove it from Stripe when you cancel.
After delivery
- Return within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your card.
- Pieces should be unworn or lightly worn, in their pouch. For hygiene, earrings should be clean.
- Email hello@solace-hour.pages.dev with your order email and we'll send a prepaid label.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
